Improvement of Sliding Mode Control Strategy Founded on Cascaded Doubly Fed Induction Generator Powered by a Matrix Converter

چکیده

The current paper presents a Sliding Mode Controller (SMC) for indirect field-oriented Cascaded Doubly Fed Induction Generator (CDFIG) powered through Matrix Converter (MC). proposed SMC employs continuous control strategy to accomplish free chattering fractional-order sliding-mode and ensure that the of first DFIG stator's reactive active power is separated. An MC used provided second stator CDFIG as an alternative standard voltage source inverters. two MCs are controlled via Space-Vector Pulse-Width Modulation (SVPWM) Indirect Field Oriented Control (IFOC). Wind Power Generation System (WPGS) with purpose Maximum Point Tracking (MPPT) sensing under various disturbance variables such turbulent wind. simulation results prove efficiency robustness method.
